🏡 House Rules – Please Read Before You Kick Off Your Shoes (Literally!) Welcome to our home! We’re a family of three couple & our 8 year old son — travellers, adventurers, and professional over-packers — who love hosting and sharing tips about travel ( we have travelled to 10+ countries and counting, Both of us are advanced scuba divers with 100+ dives around the world… but only if you want them. We fully respect your privacy and space at all times. 🤫Noise and behavior Quiet hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to be respectful of our neighbors. No parties or events: Parties and large events are not permitted to avoid damage and noise complaints. Illegal activities: The use of illegal drugs or engaging in any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. 🚬Smoking and pets No smoking and Vaping inside the house: Smoking or Vaping is only permitted in the designated outdoor area, where an ashtray is provided. Smoking or vaping inside the house is not allowed. Candles and Open Flames - no candles, incense, or open flames anywhere inside the house. Pets are welcome, the owner is responsible for damages and cleanup after the pets 🧹Cleaning and waste Dishes: Please wash any dishes you use Clean up after cooking and Wipe down benches post cooking or eating Recycling: Please use the correct bins for trash and sort recyclables into the provided bins. Property and belongings Shoes: Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the house. Leave them by the door. We provide some comfy thongs (slippers in Aussie slang) for inside use. No food allowed inside the bedrooms Furniture: Please do not rearrange or move furniture. Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our guests’ leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. Damage: Report any damages or issues immediately so they can be resolved. Electrical appliances: Turn off lights, fans, and other electrical appliances when not in use and when you leave the property for the day. Water and Electricity Consumption - We believe in sustainable living and travel, hence our home is solar powered and we would appreciate sensible use of water and electricity. Shared spaces The living room , launge , outdoor decks and main kitchen are shared spaces between the all guests and hosts. so pls do not leave any personal belongings unattended and keep these spaces clean. we have created dedicated storage for guests in the kitchen clearly labeled with their room names , pls store all your personal food / groceries in those shelves only Guests and visitors Registered guests only: Only the guests who have been registered through Airbnb are permitted to stay. Visitors: Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed without prior approval. 🔐Security Lock the doors and windows when leaving Dont let strangers follow you inside Do not loose the keys - rekeying at guest expense 👙Pool Rules No unsupervised kids in or near the pool Pool and deck use allowed only outside quite hours (07 AM to 10 PM) No glass near the pool Turn off the jacuzzi and jets after use of the pool everytime ( They consume a lot of power ) 🅿️Parking Street parking: Free street parking is available, but please be mindful of local regulations and emergency lanes. But if you prefer privacy, we understand it. Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also our home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. Guests have full access to the common areas across the property except the host only areas, which will be clearly demarcated
